Complaints
The subject of the sale includes new, unused, and defect-free products. In the event of defects:
Any product purchased from the online store piroshop.pl can be claimed under the applicable provisions of the Civil Code regarding warranty if a defect affecting its non-compliance with the contract is found within two years of its delivery to the Buyer.
Complaints should be submitted by postal or electronic means (pyroacab@gmail.com), stating the reasons for the complaint and the information necessary to identify the order. Defective goods should be sent back to the address of our physical store: PYROFANS.
The Seller allows Buyers filing a complaint to return defective goods via courier at the Seller’s expense. For this, it is required to inform us via email (pyroacab@gmail.com) of the desire to have the goods collected by a courier at the Seller’s expense, providing the exact address and Buyer’s details to facilitate the pickup of the claimed goods.
The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving the defective goods and will inform the Buyer of the outcome.
If the complaint is approved, the Buyer will receive a refund for the defective goods along with the shipping costs to the e-store’s address.
If the complaint is not approved, the goods will be returned to the Customer along with information explaining the reason for the rejection of the complaint.
